I did it!

Well, I'm blogging! This could be fun! I was successful at transforming a conflict with a neighbor this evening. It is always so interesting to me the audacity of people. But I kept my center and made space for each of us to express our needs. We came to an aggreement within a relatively quick manner. I think the thing thats most surprising to me about this work we are doing on conflict is how it is helping me in my personal relationships, even with myself. That's all for now, Cheryl
